Shaping The Life You Want

You know, I'm really at the point in my life where I'm starting to understand the idea of crafting your life the way you want it to be and not just live life as it's handed to you. It starts with small things and I've really latched onto this, "Everyday, just try to be a little better." In this sense, it's not about making drastic improvements because they are hard to maintain but to make small incremental improvements that are managable until they become lifestyle habits.
