Shaping the Life You Want

I've reached a point where I truly understand that crafting your life requires intention—you can't simply accept whatever comes your way. It starts with small, deliberate actions. I've embraced this philosophy: "Every day, try to be a little better." This isn't about making drastic improvements that are hard to sustain, but rather making small, manageable incremental improvements that gradually become lifestyle habits.

It's not always easy, but I'm already noticing the benefits of becoming a morning person. I feel better overall, and my sleep has improved significantly. I hit the gym 3-4 times a week, and my body feels stronger and more resilient. Reading is still challenging, but I'm progressing through books steadily. The key remains consistency: I'm channeling focused effort into activities I enjoy and eliminating things that don't add value to my life.

Books

Adding two more books to my reading list:

  • Captivate by Vanessa Van Edwards
  • Getting the Love You Want by Harville Hendrix & Helen LaKelly Hunt

Reading widely gives you a deeper understanding of the world. In our digital age, books remind us how to connect more authentically with one another.
